Freedom of Information Act Requests (FOIA)
FOIA requests are processed by the Clerk for general government-related issues.
FOIA requests are processed by the Village Clerk for general government-related issues. In order to submit a FOIA request, individuals may fill out the standard Village's FOIA Request Form listed below, either by downloading the form below or by requesting it in person from the Village Clerk's office at 5602 Main Street, Dryden MI 48428. Complete the form and submit it in person or to the Village Clerk's email address (hshroyer@villageofdryden.com). Further questions regarding the Village's FOIA policy can be directed to the Village Clerk during regular business hours, which are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with the exception of recognized holidays.
